IS YOUR PRODUCT ECO FRIENDLY?

Our notecard paper is manufactured + printed in USA, on certified, responsibly sourced, acid-free paper made with wind power, chlorine + acid free, and is carbon neutral . Our envelopes are made from 100% recycled materials. 

WHY 4 x 6 " CARDS?

Giddyup Post Notecards have been crafted for both CREATIVITY + CONNECTION- we've designed a product that is beautiful to create and EASY to store and display!

EASY DISPLAY/ARCHIVING/STORAGE:

    • Our cards are the size of a typical photo- that means they fit easily in most:
      • Photo frames made for 4 x 6" photos
      • Clear photo sleeves created for 4 x 6" photos

CREATIVITY:

    • GIDDYUP POST 4x6" notecards have been tested against larger sized notecard options by many little and big hands- Our observations have found that most of our test subjects tend to be more creative on 4 x 6" cards!  They seem to fill in the space, add more detail, and fill every inch of space with imagination.

WHAT ART MEDIUM CAN WE USE? 

Giddyup Art Studio doesn’t want anything to stand in the way of the making & sharing so we searched high and low for a paper stock that met our environmentally sustainable standards- we tested a LOT of papers! Even the most “process-focused” kiddo can draw, paint, and even scrub the surface without worry about easily creating holes and tears. Our paper is made so the young and young-at-heart can scribble, sketch, or even paint to put the ART in their heartwarming exchanges.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Giddyup Art Studio gift cards issued in USD. Only one card may be applied per order.

IF I PLACE AN ORDER, WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We do in Texas! 8.25% applies.

WHY IS MY CARD BEING DECLINED WHEN I TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER?

This is likely happening because the billing address you are using does not match the billing address tied to your card. Please make sure to double check that the billing address is correct, and then try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?

Promo codes may be entered in the Gift Certificate or Coupon Code step in the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click APPLY. Only one promo code may be applied per order.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?

We are unable to offer gift-wrapping services at this time. However, you are welcome to include a gift message with your order by writing your message in the  Order Instructions/Comments (Optional) during the Step 5: ORDER CONFIRMATION in the checkout process and entering your own personal message in the box provided. 

THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK. HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED IF/WHEN THE PRODUCT WILL BE BACK IN STOCK?

CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY?

Presently, our goods are only available on giddyuppost.com 

ORDERS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All orders will ship from our fulfillment facility in Austin, TX within 5-7 business days from when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered within the US. Additionally, any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please email our customer care team at howdy@giddyupartstudio.com and they will be happy to let you know the status of your order should you have any questions or concerns.

IF ITEMS IN MY ORDER SHIP SEPARATELY, WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA SHIPPING COSTS?

No, you will not incur any additional shipping costs and will only be charged the amount you were quoted during the checkout process.

WHAT IS GIDDYUP ART STUDIO'S RETURN POLICY?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. 

IF I MAIL A RETURN, WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the original method of payment in approximately 1-3 business days.

CAN MY RETURN BE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD?

At this time, gift cards are not an option for refunds and all refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If you are returning an item that was gifted to you, please contact howdy@giddyupartstudio.com and our customer care team will be happy to help you.

WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT?

Please e mail howdy@giddyupartstudio.com to work with our customer care team for lost or stolen packages.
